Return Policy

  • Our policy lasts 7 days. IN STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ONLY. NO REFUNDS. HANDMADE ITEMS, JEWELRY AND SALE RACK ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
  • To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have the Mud and Honey tag still attached. There shall be no visible stains, tears or defects to the item. Items not in new and unused condition will be shipped back to you at your expense.
  • HANDMADE items from local vendors are non-returnable. 
  • JEWELRY is non-returnable.
  • HAIR PRODUCTS are like it or exchange it. Must have 75% of product remaining to exchange.
  • You may return your item(s) either in store or online. Please mail returns to Mud & Honey - Salon & Boutique, 6322 University Ave Ste. C, Cedar Falls, IA 50613.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s).
  • If item was ordered online, the 7 day period starts the day your tracking number says the item(s) was delivered.



Refunds 

  • We do not offer refunds. IN STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ONLY.


    Sale Items

    • ALL SALES FINAL ON SALE RACK ITEMS. No exchanges.


    Exchanges 

    • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item but a different size, send us an email at mudandhoneycf@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving and send your item to: Mud & Honey - Salon & Boutique, 6322 University Avenue, Suite C, Cedar Falls, IA 50613.

There shall be no visible stains, tears or defects to the item. Items not in new and unused condition will be shipped back to you at your expense.


    Shipping

    • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
    • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
